Personal Bio

Author Biography Michael K Asher
Michael grew up in the New England area where life is rich with history. This area was the start for many things we see from the founding of the US to the tarts and technical innovations that came afterwards. Living in an area that encouraged thought leadership help Michael focus on life. What it meant to be a Christian, deny one’s self and carry the cross. The history of the native Americans, Pilgrims, and New England farming was the foundation of the culture in the 80s and 90s. Michael is the youngest of four and as such observed quite a bit. Learning life as it happened to his siblings helped give him an advantage.
Faith was big in the rural areas. Faith, family, and freedom as they say was big. The parents of Michael are salt of the earth people and advocated for early church involvement. Since youth Michael was active in learning through Bible verse memorization and then through age based Biblical studies through his teen years. The insights gained from learning the word of God at such a young age and conversing with people from all ages made Michael wiser than his peers. In a catch twenty -two scenario what saved Michael from making many mistakes has also been the one thing that haunts him. What’s it like to be human if you will. Granted, he’s no Jesus but his loyalty to Jesus and passion for staying in line overcomes temptations. This is illustrated in his books whether youth or adult. In addition to this supernatural gift of insight, and perseverance it was then later used in college to accelerate his career.
Michael was a non-traditional student meaning he went later in life and paid on his own for his tuition. His parent’s didn’t have the money. Tirelessly working towards career and life goals He was subject to situations in life that everyone must encounter. There is more of that in “I am God’s Dream” and how situations were handled. God protected Michael many times from accidents to people all through his life. It appears that he was marked for God and from people. This social disparity has caused good and bad things to occur. Mostly good but through it all, each trial or struggle and while some may not even involve other people, good always won. This theme has been his walk for life and he shares the learning moments with you openly so that you can see how special you are.
In time Michael has arrived at the expected stage in life with all the hallmarks of the American dream. As he battles for steadfast faith in Christ he has tried to inform many of the pending world changes that will impact everyone. Albeit at times it falls on deaf ears, he hopes that he plants thought seeds that will eventually provide the fruit people need to be ready. As such he is committed to providing non-fiction and fiction based writing to encourage youth, young adults, and even older people not to give up on themselves or the faith.
